Jade Chiropractic currently accepts insurance patients. We are in network providers for a number of companies and offer out of network billing for others.
If you would like for us to check on your benefits, we would be happy to do so. To expedite the process we will need the following information:
– Your full name
– Date of birth
– Insurance company name
– Insurance ID number
– Insurance group number (if there is one)
– The number on the back of the insurance card (preferably one for providers)
With this information we will be able to contact your insurance and discover what benefits your plan allows.
Rates
The cost of a visit at our clinic varies as to what condition you report with and the services performed. Of course any treatment of any automobile accident or work injury is covered at 100% regardless of who is at fault!
In general, a first time visit depending on the injury or complaint, and treatment our doctors feel necessary would be between $140 and $240 and takes about one hour. This includes the exam, chiropractic therapy and other therapies. We offer a time of service discount of 30% if you pay on the same day as your appointment.
A return visit, where an exam is not needed, generally would be between $50 and $130, and would include chiropractic adjustments and other therapies required to treat your condition.
