We at Jade Chiropractic take the health of our patients and providers seriously. We initiated protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we navigate the changes in spread in the surrounding area, we will continue to evaluate our protocols and determine if any changes are beneficial to everyone’s health. Here are some of the things to expect when coming in for treatment.
- The evening before your appointment, we will send an email with the pre-appointment screening questions. We need answers to these questions prior to your appointment.
- When you arrive at the office at your appointment time, please call 503-223-0900. We will do the intake for the appointment.
- Our front door is kept locked from the outside. We will watch for your arrival to let you in for your appointment.
- We will take your temperature before entering the treatment room. Typically on the porch if the weather isn’t bad.
- Masks are required for all people entering the clinic ages 5 and up. Our providers will be wearing a mask.
- Only one adult may accompany a minor or patient who needs assistance. This is to keep contacts at a minimum.
- If you are unable to come to your appointment due to lack of childcare, please contact us directly.
- We will be using the in office time as efficiently as possible and appointments may be shorter than before the pandemic.
- If you would like to review exercises, stretches, or something of this nature you can feel free to ask about a virtual appointment.
- NEW PATIENTS- please complete the new patient paperwork prior to your appointment. Though not strictly necessary, it is very helpful.
